The pivotal partnership with property management experts Carrie and Deborah led to the formation of TriArc in 2013, focusing on community development and investor value. Our approach integrates property, asset, and construction management with acquisitions, streamlined by our "E5 Framework" of Exploration, Envisioning, Evaluation, Execution, and Exit planning. Looking ahead, we aim to manage 10,000 units by 2030, focusing on the Houston market's growth potential, embodying our commitment to excellence, community impact, and strategic growth in the multifamily sector

Challenges and Growth

TriArc's inception is a compelling tale of vision, resilience, and strategic collaboration. It began with Joseph Bramante's transition from ExxonMobil to real estate. Sparked by an interest developed in Papua New Guinea, Joseph's initial foray into multifamily investment in 2011 was fraught with challenges. Despite a strong background in analytics, he faced daunting hurdles like fraudulent insurance, high vacancy rates, and asbestos issues. To compound matters, Joseph faced an unexpected career setback when he was let go from ExxonMobil. This challenging period became a crucible for Joseph's growth, shaping his future in real estate.

Formation of TriArc

The turning point for Joseph came when he met Carrie and Deborah at a real estate club. With their extensive experience in property management since 1983, and having managed over 40,000 units, they brought a wealth of knowledge and a bespoke approach to property management. Their collaboration with Joseph transformed his struggling investment into a success, marking the beginning of a series of joint ventures. This synergy eventually led to the formation of TriArc Real Estate Partners in 2013, a company dedicated to acquiring and revitalizing multifamily properties, with a keen focus on community development and investor value. TriArc's journey took a significant leap forward in 2020 with the partnership of Robert Mitchell and creation of TriArc Construction. This strategic move integrated construction management and services into TriArc's offering, completing a holistic approach to multifamily real estate that includes property management, asset management, acquisitions and now construction management and services. Today, TriArc stands as a beacon of innovation and excellence in the real estate sector. With a solid foundation and a clear vision for the future, the company is uniquely positioned for a new era of growth and innovation, driven by a team united in its diverse expertise and commitment to redefining the multifamily landscape.
